Posted October 18, 200717 yr I have Outlook and Windows Live messenger on my PC. When I Open "Remote Assistance" to invite someone to help me......the Windows where you would select to use MESSENGER or Outlook.....it Shows "Window Messeneger is Not Installed" and gives me the option to Download messenger. Since I have Window messenger Installed, and use it without problems, why does Windows Remote Assistance show Messenger is NOT Installed? How can I correct this problem?
