Stray folder on desktop: '%SystemDrive%

A folder has appeared on my desktop labelled '%SystemDrive%'.

In it are folders DandS\user\app dat\MS\SysCerts\My\CRLs etc.

I have no idea how this came to be on the desktop but I had been copying a

lot of files yesterday and suppose it is possible I might have accidentally

moved this one.

Any ideas how this got there and where it really belongs, and how to get it

back there? It is not a shortcut.
