Hi,

Is there a free application or a simple way in Windows XP, for me to

either copy files from one folder to another, and if the file name

already exists in the destination folder, it will copy/move and just

add a (1), (2), etc. to the file name (depending on how many same name

files are being transfered), and not overwrite the original?

The other thing if there was a way to automatically overwrite if, for

example, the source file is smaller in bytes (but not larger or equal

to) than the destination, or vice versa.

I have uses for either one of those copying/moving schemes, depending

on what I'm working on. Thanks much.
