Posted October 8, 200717 yr Unable to play videos in web pages. When I go to Tools, Internet Options, Multimedia there is not a check box to tick (or the actual heading) to Play Videos in Web Pages. I have contacted HP Help by email, and have done all they suggested to resolve the problem. They now recommend System restore. Instead of doing System restore, If I UPGRADED from Windows XP to Vista would it be likely that I would still have the same problem?
