Posted October 3, 200717 yr Hi there, I am new to setting up faxing and have been asked to setup a solution that involves receiving a fax in through a normal analogue line. I have setup fax console to receive the faxes from this line and that has been tested and working. We are operating on a domain and i need to be able to forward the incoming faxes to a shared public folder on the exchange server that holds its own email address. I can send the faxes to email addresses manually by right clicking the faxes in the fax console and sending them to an email address that way, but the problem is I need the solution to be fully automated, ie the fax comes into the fax console and automatically sends or redirects to another email address (the email linked with the public folder). In other words all faxes coming in have to be sent direct to an email address (public folder) so that all users have a local access area to view the faxes that have come in. Please help, as I may actually start losing hair over this one lol :) There isn't any info on this anywhere and I am refusing to pay these middle man fax to email companies silly money when i have all the tools i need here to set it up on my own. If anyone could help or direct me to some open source software that would do the job without the need of integrating with Exchange or Active directory then i would really appreciate the help. Thanks Brendan
