Posted October 2, 200717 yr Well I am usually pretty good about deleting the files before I delete the user. However, I now have a collection of Quotas with "account information unavailable" because I have deleted the user. I do click "delete" but often it takes about 4 min to view the files which is a bit ridiculous. I can't just take control of the upper folder because it contains all my users. I also have it showing 1kb when there is "nothing" in the Quota File/Folder list to delete? I am thinking of doing an xcacls run to see what folders don't have users. Does anyone else have any other suggestions to get rid of these quotas? Thanks Lara
