licensing question

I have a general licensing question. I was looking at our licenses under the

licenses tab and noticed there are 25 per server licenses purchased and 0 per

device/per user allocated and 0 per server reached.

This seemed a little weird to me that there would be 25 per server purchaced

and 0 being used.

The only person that logs on directly to the server is the builtin admin

account, but everyone uses it everyday as it's a file and domain controller.

Can someone explain this to me??
