winxp theme problem

hello,

when i login to a specific account on winxp, an image shows up for

3 min and then desktop and takbar appear and the image disppears. the

image will appear again when i logoff or shutdown the computer.

 

i checked the setting on this account and found it its a theme

which is showing the picture. even though i have changed the theme it

still shows up.

 

pls let me know how to get rid of this picture
