error 1325 "..." not valid short file name

I've been trying to download software and when I run the downloaded software,

this is the error message i get. When i went to MS website, it told me to

download and run the Widow Installer Cleanup Utility 29031. I downloaded it

and ran it, only to have the same error message come up again. Any

suggestions?
