IUSR_ account is locking itself

A number of times during the day the IUSR_ account locks itself.

 

I'm pretty sure it is related to the password policy that we propagated

throughout the domain, requiring password complexity and expiration after

90 days.

 

The day after we applied this policy, Outlook Web Access stopped running

and I found, after some searching, that IUSR_ was locked out.

 

Can I just reset that password to whatever I like as long as it matches

the password in the Default Site in IIS?
