Posted September 20, 200717 yr Greetings Windows XP Support folks! We have a document imaging process wherein i create a file in InDesign, print through the XImage driver, create a file and pass off to our printer. About a month ago we started getting errors in the final print: pieces were missing, sometimes we'd get blank pages, sometimes just pieces of pieces would be missing. After a long month of e-mail troubleshooting with XImage support to no avail, I was told that the problem could be with Windows GDI. THe folks at XImage support have exhausted their usefulness so I thought I'd poke around over here. Any ideas on why the XImage driver would stop working suddenly with Windows GDI? I can forward e-mails to give a better idea of what they said if you'd like. Please help! Thanks in advance!
