Windows Server 2003 VHD

Can someone explain me this.

 

Just downloaded 4GB of Windows Server 2003 VHD (including sharepoint server)

 

As its VHD I was expecting it to work out of the box. Started Virtual PC,

added the vhd, booted it, fine till here

 

Just before the login screen comes up, i get an ERROR (wtf?) saying "at

least one service or driver has failed please use event viewer.." why am I

getting at error on a VHD???

 

i looked at the event viewer, alot of errors, mostly from sharepoint and SQL

server (came with the VHD)

 

 

Questions:

Is it got anything to do with Networking in Virtual PC, at the minute its

set on NAT?Where is "Users and Groups" under "Computer Management", its

missing!

 

please help, been trying to test sharepoint for 8 days
