I recently had a disk cleanup and now on the last 3 boots I've had a stop

window indicating a Smart Disk Status message that advises me to back-up my

disk.

Naturally I'm taking it seriously and will be backing up immediately after

this post.

What puzzles me though, is that the XP 'Disk Manager' in the Computer

Management Console shows ' C: Status - Healthy (System) Fault Tolerance -

No'

Does disk manager only monitor the windows system?

Also could the disk clean be a cause? Or is it just a nasty co-incidence?

For the record I used ''Systweak Advanced System Optimizer''. I would have

expected error messages during the windows boot or after, but not straight

after POST.
