Guest Mike Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 We have and IIS server and we are trying to install cold fusion and of course it needs MDAC 2.6 SP2 or higher and I have tried to install MDAC 2.8 and have been unsuccessful. After troublshooting I foung it is an access denied error. I have run component check and it sees MDAC 2.8 RTM but it also sees UNKNOWN and will not let me install. I have tried all the MS articles and some on the web. Any ideas on how to proceed? Quote
