Keyboard - All shortcut keys close programs

It's like pressing Alt-F4! Every time I press a shortcut key on my Natural

Keyboard 4000 it closes whatever window is on top. I've tried reinstalling

IntelliPoint and unpluggin/plugging in but the only thing that works is

restarting my machine. It works for a while but after a couple of days it

always goes back to closing windows.
