Deploy a handler

Hello,

i am trying to deploy a handler for a Javascript API.

How it is supposed to work on Server 2003 is explained here:

• Open IIS Manager.
  
• Navigate to folder that contains Default.ashx (in this example this is C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\arcgis_js_api\library\2.5\arcgis).
  
• Open properties dialog (right click, properties) > this doesnt work anymore
  
• Click the Documents Tab.
  
• Ensure Enable default content page has been clicked.
  
• Click Add... Button.
  
• Enter "Default.ashx" and Add.
  
• Press OK and Exit.
  

But in Server 2008 I cant reach the certain properties anymore..

Can someone please tell me how I can do it for 2008, please?
