Hi

 

I have XP. I am unable to access AOL Broadband through my wireless USB

Azureware dongle. I get the green light on the device. But a message pops up

"Acquiring Internet Access"

 

"Limited or no connectivity." I tried to ping the gateway but it "was not

reachable".

Physical Address - 00-15-AF-2B-23-C2

IP address - 169.254.60.147

Subnet Mask - 255.255.0.0

Default Gateway - no entries

 

while other computers on the network have IP Address in the range

192.168.0.* and subnet mask as 255.255.255.0

 

When I click on Repair. XP report "unable to renew IP address".

 

In the Services console, DHCP clinet and DNS client are set to Automatic and

Started.

 

Please help on how to proceed.
