okidata printer problems with Windows XP

Is anyone else running into having issues all of a sudden in Windows XP when

use an Okidata Microline printer, I have had two customers today all that

prints out is jiberish, from a test page or text doc. or in my case from a

Crystal Reports enviroment?? All of the normal suspects were checked and

still the same, so I am now looking at the latest windows update to see if

anything in there would affect the printers, so any help on this would be a

great help/
