Query service for non-admin user

Im trying to use this command for a non-admin user

 

sc \\computername query servicename

 

I got this error

[sC] OpenSCManager FAILED 5: Acess Denied

 

I found that command (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907460/en-us) that i

ran

 

sc sdset SCMANAGER

D:(A;;CCLCRPRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCRPWPRC;;;SY)(A;;KA;;;BA)S:(AU;FA;KA;;;WD)(AU;OIIOFA;GA;;;WD)

 

Now im getting this error when i ran this command: sc \\computername query

servicename

 

[sC] EnumQueryServiceStatus:OpenService FAILDED 5: Acess Denied
