Posted September 10, 200717 yr I'm usaing a Windows 2003 server SP2 as my print server for over 20 printers. Everything was going fine until today when my HP Color 4550n printer is showing that it is Offline even though the printer says that it it s ready. I can ping the IP address to the printer, my MAC users can print to it but my PC users cannot. I even changed the IP address and it still says that it is Offline. What can I do to bring this back online - not sure if this is a network issue or not? I did just install SP2 on this server over the weekend with no issues.
