Hi friends!

My computer was working fine but I need to replace the motherboard. After

this I´ve uninstalled all device drivers and some applications to make

things work better (Windows XP SP2 full updated). Then, at last, I´ve run

Sysprep to rollback to mini-instalation.

Everthing worked OK except internet connection! I can ping an IP

(192.168.1.121) but some strange caracters appears in the host name. I can´t

navegate nor connect MSN, can´t ping and www address.

I´ve tried to delete and copy from other computer the folder

\system32\drivers\etc to overwrite Hosts and other related files, without

sucess.

ipconfig /flushdns --> no effect

removing network driver, reinstalling components, nothing.

windows repair (reinstall) - done

Some issues:

- E-Mule reports a problem creating UDP connection

- MSN connection test reports problems with dns and main ports

- I had CFOS Speed conection "enhancer" and had some problems

uninstalling it at first (tried to install to sucessull uninstall it too, no

effect)

I guess that failed uninstallation of CFOSSpeed damaged something that

neither me nor Windows knows how to repair.

Thanks for any help!
