Re-installing CD software problem.

Re-installing CD software Anysee E30 Plus + Smart Card Interface, I received

this message:

When I tried another way of installing the software via setup driver, I get

another message:

Another instance of this setup is already running.

Please wait for the other instance to finish and then try again.

I use a Sony Vaio laptop model VGN-AR21M Windows XP Media Centre Edition 2003.

I use the Anysee product to watch paid digital television channels of KPN in

the Netherlands.

The reason I want to re-install, because I heard only the sound but I could

not see the pictures.

I have updated the driver, but that did not helped.

I can not re-install the software, therefore I can only watch & hear the

Free to Air Television & Radio Channels while I paid to receive also

commercial channels.

Please could you help me with this problem.
