R2 Quota User Email Notification Not Working

I have not been able to send quota notifications to users' email addresses. I

can send notifications to explicitly specified Administrators' email

addresses. How do I get 2003 Server R2 to send notifications to users that

they have exceeded quota limits? I have enabled the "send email to the user

who exceeded the threshold" setting and it is still not working. I assumed it

was use the user login name of the person who exceeded the threshold along

with the domain name for the specified SMTP server. Any help is greatly

appreciated. Thanks!
