application deployment

I have a 2003 std server with about 25 xp pro workstations all or which are

slightly different specification.

Every time I setup a new user, I have to setup exchange on this PC as the

user info is not added for me (ie server name and user account in outlook)

I also want to have desktop icon created for specific applications

I think what i am asking is can all the workstations be setup EXACTLY the

same with the same applications and layout?

Hope i am not asking to much but it will be good if this can happen
