Stop errors at startup

I have Windows XP HE SP2 on a Dell Dimension 4300 with 640 mb of RAM and

5.5 gb of free hard disk space.

When I turn on my computer it loads up until the login screen and it

restarts by itself. It come up with one of these stop errors:

BAD_POOL_HEADER

0x0000009 (0x00000020, 0x80581683, 0x8058191B, 0xE853006A)

or

ConFig_List_Failed

0x00000073 (0x00000001, 0xC000017D, 0x00000002, 0xF8FEFBB8)

I have looked up a lot of thing to try to fix this, but I don't know

what to do.

Also, I can run in safe mode with networking, but I can't get on the

internet. So, right now I'm running Puppy Linux to post this.
