Windox XP "Generic host Process for Win32 services Error"

Hello,

We have license copy Windows XP professional with Service pack 2. When I

installed broadband on this computer , I get following error after

connecting to Internet.

Error “ Generic Host process for WIN32 services†.

The Internet connection is lost , when Windows displayed above mentioned

error. I have tried on three to four systems and we found same problems on

other systems also.

Pl anybody face this problem on Windows XP, Pl send me solution.
