After installing AD Domain Service, DNS and DHCP where I set a statistic IP address for the server I cannot connect to internet. What info do You need to help me other then below? When I ping I got the following output: C:\Users\Administrator.SERVER>ping 192.168.xx.xx (The IP addres for the computer) Pinging 192.168.xx.xx with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 192.168.xx.xx: bytes=32 timeping microsoft.com Ping request could not find host microsoft.com. Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 0.0.0.0 192.168.xx.xx I noticed that but as we can see it is actually two IP address:confused: I have been trying to locate the 0.0.0.0 but I cannot find where to update it / remove it. DennisW Posted December 7, 2008 Author Posted December 7, 2008 OK, I finally managed to solve the issue. From a command prompt I executed the netsh int ip reset command and added again the static IP. Next I disable IPv6 and rebooted. Voila! The connection worked ) Quote
