Installing FTP service without Windows Component Wizard

Hi all,

I would like to know how I could install the FTP service and have it

work without using the Windows Component Wizard.

I did come close, I had the FTP service to show and I was able to run

ftp in console but I couldn't start the FTP service.

Anyone know some kind of guide or maybe (but I would be surprise) a

installer to install the FTP service.
