Stop XP from resize windows when "screen" is locked/unlocked?

I open some applications in XP and move the application windows as I like

them and some parts of the windows are outside the screen. If the screen is

locked/unlocked (password required to have access to the computer again after

the screensaver has been activated) the windows with some parts outside the

screen is automatically resized so all parts of these window are within the

screen.

In my case I have two screens and resize/locate an application over both of

the screens. But every time the screen is locked/unlocked the application

window will resized and fit only to one of the screens. So I have to resize

it again. And as I have requirement from the company to lock the screen when

not in place this is very annoying!

Is there any setting, software, register keys etc. to stop this?
