Folder Settings Folders

When I backed up a large number of folders to a second external hard drive,

some of the Folder Settings folders were created as hidden while others were

not. In the source, they were all hidden files. Is there a universal setting

that can unify them all? It would take way too long to sync the whole drive

(especially since both the source and the target are hard drives on USB 1

ports), and I would prefer not to have to change each one separately (they

are scattered throughout about 30GB of folders and sub-folders). I don't want

to leave them that way because sync and backup programs will then say the

source and target folders are different when in effect that is the only

difference....
