Posted August 21, 200717 yr When I shutdown or go to Hibernate or standby it will take up to 8 minute for the machine to load and bring up Windows XP. During this time the screen remains black and nothing seems to happens, then xp will come on. This problem started about 3 weeks ago. I thought it was the video card and I bought a new card with 128 mb. Bur apparently that's not the problem.
