win xp pro 32-bit and win xp pro 64-bit

Hello. I have two computers: 32-bit xp pro and 64-bit xp pro. Both are set to

share with folders, files and printer. Permissions are set properly. The

64-bit xp pro can see all the folders and files very well. The 32-bit xp pro

can see the 64-bit in the network as well. I can see the shared folder but

everytime I click the folder to access the files, it always ask me to log-in

with password. The printer is attached to the 64-bit xp pro and is shared

which I can't access too from the 32-bit xp pro. Do you think this might be

because it uses 64-bit drivers. Those are my two problems: Cannot access the

64-bit xp pro files without logging in (which I do not have log-on name and

password set) and shared printer attached to it from the 32-bit xp pro

computer.
