IE and Firefox missing background/layout graphics on website

Alright this has me stumped. I'm fixing a clients computer and

noticed that when he goes onto websites its missing the layout/

background defined that are defined in the CSS document for the site.

Regular html defined images still show.

The websites display normally in Opera however and if I logon to

Windows under a different profile name it works in IE and Firefox. So

the problem is specific to that Windows profile.

I've disabled all 3rd party virus, spyware, firewalls...after I ran a

full scan of course(nothing too serious). Nothing in Hijackthis out of

the ordinary. For IE has yahoo toolbar installed, and Firefox has

google toolbar.

My next option was going to be create a new profile and migrate his

files over but I was hoping someone here could give me another option

to try. thanks Jason
