remote assistance logic

I open port 3389 and connected with the local machine local IP but still

didn't have control until I edit the file and change the line with the IP

which I got from my provider because remote assistance wizard create the

file with the local IP. So, how to help someone when I must explain that

relative complicated procedure, someone who didn't computer freak ?

Btw, MS don't even mention that procedure?
