Posted August 19, 200717 yr Trying to upgrade from Win98 SE to WinXP Home. While the computer is prepairing to install the new OS I get an error message that it can't find the file "ftdisk.sys" on the CD. I get the option to retry but I get the same results. The CD is not running when it's attempting to copy the file. The CD ROM does work. Any help would be appriciated. Rick J.
