Access Denied when installing driver for a network card

Hey, im working over Windows XP Tablet Edition. I have a network card that

was working properly but it suddenly uninstalled, not by me. I dont use the

wired network cause i have wireless but when I tried to work on a wired

network i realized that my card drivers were missing so i tried to install

them but i get the Access Denied error always, it seems to copy the driver

files but it fail, Im in an Admin account (in fact, the only account). Any

suggestions?
