Language Bar Script Toggle

I need to know if there is a key short cut for changing the script on the

language bar? For example:

I can use alt-shift to switch between English and Korean.

However the first time I switch in a program, the korean IME always defaults

to western letters for input. I have to move my mouse down and click the big

white A to have it change to hangul. This has to be done on a program by

program basis. if I close the program I have to do it again the next time I

open it. Is there anyway for me to use a hot key, or somehow tell the system

that the default script for korean ime is hangul and not western letters?
