switch back to WER from Dr. Watson

I enabled Dr. Watson in order to be able to get copies of the log and

memory dump that was normally sent in by WER. I would like to switch

back to using the standard WER now. To switch to Dr. Watson I simply

typed drwtsn32 -i from a command line. Please let me know what I need

to do to restore WER.
