Search companion - saving a search with hidden files

Using search companion with advanced option 'Search hidden files and folders'

plus a date. However when I save the search and re-open at a later date, the

'Search hidden files and folders' option is no longer checked.

Any suggestions as to how I can get the saved search to keep all parameters?
