error 1722

I am having problems sending and saving statemrnts from Quickbooks Pro 2006.

I will send statements via e-mail and I get a pop up that says there is an

unrecoverable error and it shuts the quickbooks program down. I have

contacted Quickbooks tech staff and we went thru all the scenarios and

determined that Quickbooks is not the problem but it is something within a

Microsoft program. I guess the Printer Spool has an error(whatever that

means) and I get error code 1722. Any help would be appreciated. I am not

computer savvy and do not know how to correct. I am sure it has to do with

Microsoft doing updates and it has interferred with my Quickbooks program.
