Windows Port forwarding for port 443 "not very stable"

hi guys, I have a windows 2008 server. I use it for port forwading using NETSH INTERFACE PORTPROXY. for port 80, it works fine. but for port 443 (for web ssl), it's "not very stable". I have to reset it few times a day. Anyone know why is that? Or is there a better alternative ?
