Per device of per user

Hi

i have recently taking over a sbs 2003 network

 

11 users are connected to the server and sometimes one user is kicked out

i suppose the standaard limit is set on 10 Cal's

 

i want to by some extra cal's but i can't find out if the server is

installed per divice or per user

 

it's a OEM 2003 SBS UK wich was included on the HP Proliant Server ML 350 G5.
