How to read minidump file.

Hi,

I am attempting to read a minidump file and it says I have loaded the wrong

symbols. I have downloaded the correct symbols from the Microsoft website

and installed them. In the debugger I point to the symbol path but no matter

what I symbols I point to after I run the debugger it says that my symbols

are incorrect. I guess I need some instructions on how to use the debugger.

I tried the knowledge base and attempted to do what it recommended but had no

luck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
