When ever i try to Install Xp service pack2 my pc hangs up

I have Xp on my pc, I want to Install service pack 2, but when ever i

try to install it, its hands up at the first reboot, i formated my PC

tried again the same problems occurs, Below is my sys details if anyone

can help me Plz...
