HID non user input data filter

When I restart my computer I get the message new hardward found. However it

will not install.

It is on my updates (custom) however I can't seem to install from there

either.

It keeps failing. This has happened with a few of my updates.

I have tried a few of the "solutions" already posted but nothing seems to

work.

The only thing different done to my computer was the floppy drive had been

disconnected at one point and I just had that fixed.
