Copy and paste

I have a random problem in that periodically copy and paste function

is not available - menus greyed out. Only solution is to reboot pc.

This problem occurs accross all aplications but is particularly

noticeable in Access. When I try to open the clipboard (when copy/

paste not available) the hourglass shimmers for ever and I have to

close it using CTRL+ALT+DEL. So I can't see what the last action was.

 

My PC is uptodate with all the microsoft updates and my virus and

spyware is up todate as well.
