Guest Peterjon Posted July 21, 2007 Posted July 21, 2007 Recently I beleive some files were deleted, by mistake, from my PC and now I cannot restart in safe mode or install anti virus software. I have contacted the AV program and they have tried everything to install and suggested running AV program in DOS but I cannot start in safe mode to do this? I suspect missing files? Can anyone PLEASE help? Quote
