Posted July 17, 200717 yr Hi, I have XP Pro and having some LAN probs.. Box 1 can access other XP box's dirs and files which are shared but they can't access Box 1 dirs files which are also shared. It was okay for 3 years so not sure what it is. Can get to the i'net okay through Gateway hub. I have uninstalled the LAN adapter and on reboot it came in again but no difference. Could be related.. In LAN/Properties/Advanced it says WMI might be corrupted. I am trying to find Firewalls to see how they are set, but can't find them. Any help please? rock
