Posted July 17, 200717 yr i need some help i have a friend of mine whos computer slowed down adn when she turned it off the computer won't go back i also suggested that she start it in safe mode she told me that when she goes to safe mode she gets a screen telling her that she can't start up in safe mode what are some of the causes that might not let her start up in safe mode if any one can give me some advice i would greatly appreciate this thanks
