IE7 closes unexpectantly

I thought I would start a new thread as i lost the plot in my old one.

IE7 closes suddenly when clicking a link in my daughters uni website

"monash university studies online"

(we are having trouble with some other websites as well)

It is not the link as I can access it from my work PC and other students are

having no problems

I have cleared the cache, lowered security settings, run anti viral and

malware scans (AVG 7.5, ad aware and superantispyware)

I discovered that we could access the link with add ons disabled so I

enabled them one by one with no success

It doesnt suit her to access with addons diabled though because we need the

java for full functionality.

Then I tried to access it by down loading firefox ....firefox closed

suddenly when clicking on this link as well!

Any thoughts anyone?
